MY 7TH Single to date dropped on Sept 1st 2018.

I HATE YOU is a very personal song, the subject matter alone is intense. But before I get into the details let me explain how the whole song came together.

I was at my good Christian Brother Tuu B house on a Thursday as we always meet and talk about Music, God and Family. I was telling him that I wanted to do a song called I HATE U, so I  started to recite the Chrous, as he was listening he was piecing together the Track to I hate you right there on the spot. As you can hear the track was well produced.

Rewriting I HATE YOU

I hate you was rewritten, the 1st time I wrote it there were 3 verses, but when I sent the rough draft to Tuu he explained to me that not only were the verses not getting to a clear point but that the song was too long. So while we were meeting, I started the process of taking pieces from each verse and putting the best parts together.

Inspiration behind I HATE YOU

The Inspiration came from  a number of sources, 1 being an CHH Artist by the name of David Gauge Veira song "Death Did Us Part" Another Inspiration came from my trails and heartache in 2017. I now realize that with my past sins I didn't fully let go of them, instead I was still dipping and dabbing in them. Pain evetually brought my deliverance.

Who is I HATE YOU  directed to?

I hate you wasn't directed towards a person but toward my past addiction to Sex and Porn. At 1st I was afraid of the ridicule I would receive or be an stumbling Block for some. But being lead by God to do sound also I wanted to share the effects this type of Addiction have and how it not only effects  you but those who love and care for you when its not dealt with. The main reason some stay addicted is because of the guilt and pleasure behind it. The truth is I almost lost my family behind this Addiction. So Focused is my 6th Single its about me finally getting myself back on track. There was a time I wasn't focused at all, and It got me into some issues that I've could've avoided.



Inspiration behind the song


I received inspiration from an CHH Artist name DI Disciple during John Tha Baptist 10 yr Holy Hip Anniversary, He has a song called "Down with the Fruit", it was a fun yet a Hot song that had everybody out of their seat.  Another Inspiration is from my All time favorite CHH Artist DaTruth his song "Loud and Clear" is what inspired me to write my 3rd verse in "So Focused"

Ct-Psalmist Enemy Of The Culture

Enemy Of The Culture is about being in the world but not of it. Staying true to what we as Christians believe in.
I want to share my Inspiration behind Enemy Of The Culture. The version you hear now is a rewrite I wrote The Original Enemy Of The Culture 3yrs ago. I will post an ruff draft of the original on  soundcloud.

Verse 1

Was inspired by the comeback of Pokemon and Keeping up with the Kardashians, although  I'm not a fan of either you cant deny the influence they both have on the culture. I talk about the many distractions we have in the world today and trends the culture embraces. Self  worship Idol worship. Also inspired by the many Christians holding it down for God's kingdom.

Verse 2

Was inspired by an encounter I had when I was in my early 20s one night I was in a club me my best friend and his Brother and while I was walking around a man looked me straight in my eyes and told me I dont belong there. Being raised in the Church I backslid for 7 and a half years. Trying to hide in the world but like a black dot on all white paper the world knew I belong to God.

Verse 3

Was inspired by that time Azealia Banks was throwing shade on Cardi B song  Bokah Yellow saying she wasnt feeling it but was on video going in when it was playing lol. I also remember reading in the word of God when they saw Jesus coming in on a donkey and they laid palms down as he came through and then yelled crucify him after. This world holds allegiance to no one. I was once of the world but realized the world and all it have to offer was not enough I needed to fill the emptiness only God could fill.
